Eaton County 56th Circuit Court

To better serve our community's information needs, the 56th Circuit Court has granted online access to public case information. Cases may be searched and cross-referenced by case number, party name, judge, prosecutor and/or attorney of record.

Court Case Database

The Court Case Database may be searched by criteria specific to a particular case (e.g. case number) or by broader criteria (e.g. attorney of record).

    Locate one or more cases via broader search categories such as the name of any party involved in the case or the name of the attorney of record.
